The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The a/c worked very well, a big plus. The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean. The towels were clean. Cleanliness was not an issue, very satisfied with that aspect.

Great spot! We walked to a great restaurant and there is McDonalds, too as well as convenience shopping. The front desk associate was really nice when we checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast was really good!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, from Micaela and all the people working the reception desk. The housekeeping staff was also very thorough. The facility is dated and it starts to show but everything worked and the bed was comfy, the room was large and it included a mini fridge and a working clean microwave oven. Very pleased for the most part. The pool outdoors was fine and it looked clean. I enjoyed using the chair and swim a little also.

Excellent customer service. The hair dryer in my room shorted out within a minute of turning it on. I told the front desk about it as I was leaving for the day and by the time I returned, a new hair dryer had been installed. Super responsive!

"EVERYTHING" WAS "NICE" EXCEPT THE "FACT" THAT MY "SHEETS" WERE "NOT" CLEAN AND HAD "BLOOD" STAINS ON "THEM"!!! VERY "DISAPPOINTING" AND "NASTY"!!!!!!
